Our beautiful store has stood in its landmark location between Newmarket and Parnell since 1990, we pride ourselves on ensuring the store is always brimming with the most delectable array of fresh seasonal flowers, foliage and luxury gifts

Meet the members of the Flowers After Hours team.

Flowers After Hours was established in 1990 and was led by master Florist Wendy Hart for over 30 years.

In 2022 Wendy made the difficult decision that it was time to pass the reins to someone new and embarked on finding the right person to continue to grow the business and nurture the talented loyal team in place, many of whom have also been part of the Flowers After Hours journey for many years.

When style, design and people loving Karen was introduced to Wendy for the first time, despite not having any prior floristry experience there was an instant connection, and it became obvious that ‘she was the one’.

Karen leapt in at the deep end in August 2022 under the close guidance of Wendy, and the other members of the team who began teaching her everything she needed to know about the business. With Karen’s Corporate background in people and culture, and her experience in change and transformation of businesses, Karen was able to quickly develop a clear vision and plan to take FAH into the next chapter. Our wonderful and loyal customers will continue to enjoy the luxury offerings and great service you’ve always had with some exciting additions including new products, refreshed packaging/branding, and an improved online store.
