Its absorbing character comes from the use of very high proportions of Grand and Premier Cru fruit, maturation of the cuvee in very old barrels and the use of 10% aged reserve cuvee.

The bold palate has prominent toast, honey, Anzac biscuit lees influence supporting rich citrus, melon fruit bounded by delicate fresh citrus edges. Delivered in an explosive platform of very fine bubbles it’s a compelling Champagne experience that should always excite.
